AGENDA Show Winter Stop – NYC

The AGENDA Show came to NYC this week bringing some of the hottest snow, skate, fashion and streetwear brands together at the Chelsea Art Museum in NYC. 53 brands participated, from up and comers like Stance Socks, to seasoned veterans like Vans and Reebok. The show was very laid back and open to exhibitors, buyers and press only. Booths were simple, mostly racks, a table and some chairs. Brad Scheuffele from Coal Headwear said that he sees the show as “more of a media PR event for new product” as opposed to a place to book orders for next season. Nonetheless he and the other vendors found it to be a very useful and important show for their businesses. Props go out to Flexfit for sponsoring and giving out your choice of 3 different dope AGENDA collab hats. All in all we’d say AGENDA was a pretty damn good time. We’ll be back this summer.

Doin’ business on the first floor.

Black and yellow no surprise for Skullcandy’s 2011/12 lineup.

Check out up and comer brand Stance Socks’ new threads.

Did we mention free drinks all afternoon?

Look for an awesome lineup of new watches from LRG next year.

Note: In case of snow storm, park in a garage…

Crotched Mountain kicks off it’s first Midnight Madness Railjam this Saturday January 8th. Contest starts at 10pm and is open to skiers and riders with music spinning from DJ Vince One. Plenty of prizes and stop by the Rhythm tent to demo a board while you’re at it.

Crotched kicked off Midnight Madness with a bang this year. In case you don’t know what Midnight Madness is, it’s basically the best thing ever. The mountain stays open for night riding every Friday and Saturday night during the peak of winter till 3am! Saturday night marked the first of the season and tons of people poured in to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Spring-like temps and a banger Roots of Creation concert in the lodge made for a sick night. Crotched always knows how to have a great time.
